Hello new little bug

[God is a Pancake]

As we were fighting our way to the residential building, I came across a fancy bug : I couldn't throw smoke grenade. I add 2 smoke left, could pick it in my hand, but it wouldn't throw it... everything else was working, including the grenade launcher, I tried to get back to the AAV to get ammo and maybe unbug it, but no it changed nothing, i coudn't throw smoke for the rest of the game.
