M67 grenades. Is it something compulsory or only given to few roles

For Marines, yes pretty much all have 2 grenades because we were issued 2 grenade pouches. And depending on the mission we might have been given more, in which case you can put them in your cargo pants pocket or in a day pack.

We haven't taken the dive into role-specific equipment yet, but players will absolutely have grenades.

For us in 1/3 b co machine guns we were issued 2 as standard load but we could get extra if we were willing to carry the weight and if there were extras and when it came to grenades there was always extra. We normally only carried the 2 since we didn't clear as many buildings except for the A-gunners. But we did act like crack dealers giving the extras we carried to the 11’s lol
