Insurgents hip firing the PKM?

This one is gonna be quick,but will insurgents be able to hip fire the PKM?,I understand that the most common way the weapon is utilized is it being mounted on some surface or with a bipod for better stability,But this wasn't always the case as shown by the image below.

Not exactly sure how this would impact the game however besides making thier machine gun fire more inaccurate,I guess they now have more maneuverability now that they aren't restricted to a single spot.

Yes, Insurgents can currently hip-fire the PKM.

Probably should've asked this too,but In the image shown one of the insurgents is holding the ammo belt feeding the PKM will this be in game or will insurgents utilize ammo boxes instead of ammo belts.

Currently, Insurgents are box-feeding our DShK heavy machine gun.

It's weird because I mainly see insurgents feeding there machine guns via an ammo belt and it seems like it's pretty rare for them to utilize boxes, of course I'm not saying they never used ammo boxes it just seems like they tend to lean towards ammo belts probably because they were constantly on the move and needed to make it lighter for convenience.
