Because I heard someone say that online is that true?

Yes. Full release for console and PC now has an expected target date sometime in early 2025. We learned about this in the Q&A (posted in the News forum) from last month:
"When will the game be released for consoles?
We plan to release the full game, with full campaign and co-op missions, simultaneously on PC and consoles early in 2025."
