Might be stupid question but what are all the way's you can level up your player?

This is a fair question, so thanks for asking.
XP is rewarded for mission completes, completing side objectives, and the time spent in each mission (more points are awarded for shorter times). Friendly fire can reduce your maximum XP payout, too.

can we get some more ranks? Ive been maxed for a while and now i have nothing else to achieve.

Yes, we're keeping this in mind. There are improvements to our progression system that we'd like to make as we continue development.
