Rank data issue related problem

Hello guys
I have a problem the level stays on zero
Although I am a winner of many missions
When you re-enter the game, everything is zero, there are no levels or missions.

He also mentioned later (In Discord) that his "Date Enlisted" changes to the present day each time he plays the game...

Juts checked with Neo on Discord, not the same guy apparently.
Just very similiar problems.
