Saimese twins, not on stairs, but roof edge.
These two became joined at the hip on a roof edge. Once I let Team die and took over Fire, I fell off the roof and Assist started working correctly too.

Thanks, filed (the seed is especially helpful). We're working through issues with staircases and roofs now.
Can you share your movements before this happened? Did you fall from the roof and they tried to follow?

Late reply.
I went on down the stairs and continued fighting, I originally had them posted on the roof with a Watch command for overwatch as I moved up. When I tried to call them to me at the next spot, they got stuck. I went back to take the pic when I realized they weren't moving.
I was a hundred yards away when Team died, which caused me to spawn into Fire. At the moment I spawned into Fire I fell off the roof. Assist stayed on the roof but since he was no longer stuck to Fire, went down the stairs and joined up as per normal.
