Adding this would make players have another reason to keep playing other than rank and another completion
After hitting max rank the only thing you really get for a sense of achievement is another completion on your record. I think for each class like assist, lead, etc a system where for each role you unlock a random weapon or gear when you hit a certain amount of completions. After a set amount of wins you unlock a random weapon or more bullet resistant gear, etc but as soon as you die you lose the weapon or gear and have to wait until you hit a certain amount of completions to unlock a random weapon or gear. This would add a long term way to keep players engaged in the game and have something to look forward to everytime they play the game other than just having fun beating a mission and getting another completion on their record. Also maybe being able to unlock more rare gear for say not dying for a certain amount of games to unlock more rare gear/weapons. Maybe also allowing the player to select which gear they want to deploy with incase they don't necessarily want to use that gear or weapon in a mission for whatever reason such as a harder map where they might lose their gun etc. Also could make so many different ways to unlock gear like only fubar hard completions to unlock better weapons gear. Weapons like the mk19, m72 law, m2 browning, and AT4 I believe were used during the war in fallujah as well.

More achievements would be nice as well. Medic expert-100 revives of incap players, nogin knocker-100 head shots, Spotter 'spotter'- killing 25 spotters, etc. Also losing rank for TK.

That would be cool as well. I'm thinking long term as once you get an achievement then that's it. Maybe when you get an achievement you get something like different weapon or gear for the achievement or some new ability. Like for medic expert being able to heal teammates faster, or assist being able to just kick a door once to break it down as sometimes it takes 3 kicks to bring down a door but if you die a certain amount of times you lose that ability and have to redo the completions again. This not only will make people want to keep playing the game but also make their defense better and overall a better player to not die in the game. I'm just brainstorming here. Also a knife would be nice because when the AAV gets blown up and you run out of ammo you have no choice but to quit the match.
