Bodies need a bit more weight to them

Something i have noticed so far, while playing, is that bodies seem to be really light sometimes, they just softly fall down. When a human body is hit and it's instantly light out, it drops like a bag of potatoes.

Been loving the game so far, do find that the AI needs to chill a bit, it's strange how it's a game about doing building clearing mostly, and enemies come out of the woodwork all over the place.

Flashlights seem to be on a real low setting when it's in the middle of the day, but when it's like noon/morning in the game, the flashlights are allot brighter, if they always were like that, it would be an allot better experience.

And perhaps allow another more than 1 respawn from the vehicle, as when there is just one person left, it's 90% sure, that person will not finish the mission.

Yes, there's some work we'd like to do to our ragdoll system, but this is going to take some time. Thanks for posting this!

Respawns are designed to be limited, and mistakes are absolutely going to cost you.

I don't know how many human bodies you have hit in your lifetime. I will only say this no two of them react the same. When a human body is hit in the wrong place it is not always lights out, not all human bodies drop like a bag of potatoes even some that take head shots and yes many take a few steps and crumble or go to a knee. I cannot think of any time when a human body insta dropped In any situation other than a head shot. Flashlights of 2004 were crap for almost every service. It is a very realistic example of how limited the bulb lights were back then.

As for the enemy, you are in a city full of enemies, and you should thank god they did not add civilians in the mix. I am sure you would have a melt down. They got the enemy right in this game I wish they would put the scattered sympathizers or civilians in the mix, then we would really have some fun.

I do agree with you on respawns that I think like time limit should be tied to the number of payers i.e. 5=1respawn, 4=2, 3=3, 2=4, 1=6 this would make the game a bit easier and more fun the single players should auto respawn at transport.

Well, i have shot a few humans, sadly, during my time in the service, and the flashlights we used, were far superior than the ones in game, but than again, i'm from another country, but the torches are far brighter for some reason when it's noon/evening/morning in the levels, i think the lighting shading of the levels has to do with this.

Re: Bodies need a bit more weight to them

I noticed that when you shot down enemies from the rooftops, (etc.), their bodies are falling at the same velocity - so it seems like ragdoll in game is a little bit too light.
I agree that person reacts in different way, depending when you hit them. Shock, muscle tension, damaged organs and bleeding - many factors plays the role. You can even save a man who has been shot in head, if no important arteries has been damaged. The only issue here is clot forming and pressure. And luck ;) "Soldiers are shooting but the guardian angels are carrying the bullets".
