Loving the game as all of you, but Convoy MIssion is boring to play and really easy. What you guys think?
I didn't find anyone giving this feedback on this forum, but playing with friends, lobby and discord, I've heard opinions similar to mine. I think some adjustmentes are need to make to spice things up.
What you guys think about Convoy Mission?

I think its honestly needed to have a less harder mission, its still hard to keep two guys defending the convoy and the other two take out the mortar team.

Personally, I really value the importance of the Convoy mission.
In fact, I would go so far as to suggest that the Convoy mission be like the "training" mission for PFC and below.
Hear me out. Not alot is expected from marines but to defend the convoy. And bad guys usually only come from one direction.
This is great for TLs to earn their stripes and get confident in handing out instructions, (i.e. Auto Rifleman go to North/South roof with Ready) bla bla bla.
From my own experience, the Convoy is where I truly learned the game mechanics since I wasn't being overwhelmed by too many things at once. But that's only from my standpoint.

Yes, I also enjoyed convoy mission. It is not so easy, especially when mortars start firing at your positions. Only thing that I do not enjoy here is VBIED speed. In narrow alleys/passages it can move slowly of course. In order to attack by suprise between buildings. But on the main street, VBIED should move faster. From the distance maybe, to give player time to react (for gameplay needs). There are lots of VBIED attack videos performed by IS. Mostly from Mosul. Or so called Ninawa Wilayah. You can see tactics they used.

Nice to see some divergent opinions. I think it shows that devs should try feedback in other places too. On Reddit, same topic like this had very different answers. Same for Steam Community.
Anyway, here is how I can always win on Convoy without any casualties and have a walk on the park experience. Just camp on AAVs and the first wall. 2 men at each place. Keep the assistent and the team leader close to side streets to destroy any vehicle. Mortars? Don't really care about it, try to indentify the building and use granade launcher. But don't worry too much if you cant stop the mortars. Spread the team like I say and the most that will happen is a friend gets hit by a mortar and needs to be healed. If anyone get killed, wait for 2 men down to use reinforcements. Impossible not win using this strategy. Really easy stuff, no raid is necessary.
I'm say this to help devs to prevent camp at convoy like i'm doing.
