Allow players to start matchmaking as a fire team leader

As things stand, it randomly assigns away fire team leader to someone in the lobby once it fills, which results in most rounds not having a squad leader and it becomes complete chaos. Its absolutely essential that at minimum, before queueing, a player has the option to queue as fire team leader or to go in as a random, that way lobbies will be built around leadership instead of randoms, who more often then not have no intention of leading. I understand if they decide to not allow all kits to be chosen, but the fire team leader kit should be treated differently to promote leadership and teamwork.

I really don't think this is an effective method, the player with the "most experience" may not be someone who even posses a mic to lead with. Also yes, frequently people leave, or they simply crash as host and the server goes down, but my primary concern is that the game requires experienced fire team leaders to shine and being able to queue as fire team leader will allow players from games like squad and arma with experience in this kind of thing to take the reigns and lead in these matches which will causes everyone to have a better experience overall. As it stands, without private friend groups, the game plays nothing like the youtube videos that lead to the hype for this game. The issue I see here is that more often than not people will be leading from the wrong role and be unable to do so effectively, for example as leading from an automatic rifleman kit, I will be unable to effectively direct room clearing tactics due to watching a flank or providing fire for an advance, forcing me to not have eyes on the areas I need to effectively lead.
