Yeah I say that Tuesday is the last day in the "Early week" phrase. Wed and Thurs are like mid week and end of week is typically Thurs and Friday.
However, keep in mind that as much as they want to get the information out, this team has not been good, objectively, at sticking to the timelines they advertise. We all get that the team is small and things change. But damn maybe just one time releasing something when you say it will happen would be nice. I'll be surprised if we get the update today.

Personally, I'm not one to gets my hopes up too much about game releases these days until we're at or near a full release (e.g. beta / gameplay footage is available, features / details confirmed, etc.). I even stopped pre-ordering games years ago unless I feel absolutely confident I know what I will be getting on release day.
....so yeah, while I'm still interested in SDiF, I'm not setting myself up to be frustrated by such news. It is what it is IMO and if / when new news, details and eventually the game is ready to release, I'll be there to check it out.
