Grenades - Less Michael Bay and hopefully more toned down.

I don't know if this topic has been covered and I assume it is not worth mentioning but I will nevertheless.

Please try to depict grenades as real as possible with as less as possible game-design "best practices" and be more realistic and anti "best-practice" in terms of visible explosions and the resulting over-the-top rag-doll effects.

Also I hope that you put emphasis on the shrapnels and their ricocheting behaviour in enclosed spaces. There is nothing more terrifying than a grenade explosion and invisible shrapnels that injures you.

Another point to add would be the amount of used grenades. Grenades are not cheap and should not be available like christmas presents. Self-made bombs on the other hands were cheap and abundant (maybe not so effective but used frequently) it would be good if you could provide multiple self-made bombs from the insurgents and actually show the difference between a grenade and a self-made bomb.

It would actually be different than in other games on the market

We appreciate this one, Raven!

I've passed your points on Hollywood-style grenades and scarcity to the team.
