These screenshots were taken by two different people. One who sees the convoy parked across the street at spawn in Jolan Park and another who doesn't.
One of our guys sees it every time, two of us had no idea, we've never seen it.

I want to be absolutely sure these screenshots were taken by two separate members of the fireteam, at the same location, in the same mission?

Yes, they were taken by two different people.
Shot showing the convoy was taken by Silky, (Fire) he put it in my Steam chat so I could post it.
The shot NOT showing the convoy was taken by me. (Team)
The guy standing/running in both screenshots is Rdawg420. He couldn't see them either. To him and me, he was running through empty space. To Silky he was running through the vehicles.
Don't remember who 4th guy was, sorry.
Not sure who was host, but it's usually me, the three of us mentioned play together a lot, and I'm almost always host.

It's always like this.
There are those of us who've never seem it, and Silky always see it.
We only found out about it because Silky made an offhand comment about the convoy just turning around and crossing the street to "arrive."

Addendum: Silky has had a couple of instances where the convoy is not visible to him since the last post.
Added a video in the thread about stuck AAV's that also shows the convoy is not there for him.
