Ranked Selection Icons glitchy/slow

Fairly long (~3 minutes) but that's how long it took us to trade the Fire and Assist roles between me (Filed.Teeth, slot 1) to Alex~ (slot 4)

If it's something we're doing wrong, please school us. Otherwise, this is a perfect example of my initial post feedback.

On the side, we have a guy invited in, he gets dropped and has to be re-invited. His Steam profile is set to private, and this seems to happen to him a lot. Not sure if it's worth a new thread or not, just mentioning it.

Here's another time where roles were switched up.

This happened twice on this particular mission during that session, though I only clipped it once, and both times after the mix-up was a connection loss a minute or two in.

This was in a Fireteam mission, West Manor.

One clip has had the quote screens and the cinematic cut out, the other shows the whole run, in case you need it.
