Ok, there is an option to choose between hold and press to aim/lean on the settings, but have it on the the fly would be really really great. Basically every tactical game has it, because while "hold to aim/lean" is a by far the best option for most of the time, "press to aim/lean" is essential when we need to defend a position for long period or we just need to hold some position.
And I think it would help people with tendinitis or any other accessibility needs.
plus: Any chance to add Motion Blur using setting file? I've tried every UE4 command that I could possible imagine in lot of different files, nothing works. It would help by a lot the smooth the framerate drops.

Re: Dedicated keys to press/hold
To clarify, you'd like to see an additional option that allows players to swap between hold and toggle in real-time (without going into the settings)?
I'll take your suggestion for motion blur to the team. Thanks!

Take Ready Or Not, for example. There's a button to Crouch and Toggle Crouch. Same for Lean, Aim/ADS, etc.
