Flipping the LAV using a smoke grenade

I was playing with my friend a few days ago and at the beginning of one mission our LAV flipped upside down unexpectedly. I learned from him later that it happened after he hit the LAV with a smoke grenade. I haven't been able to recreate it myself but noticed that the LAV does jostle quite a bit when you bounce a smoke grenade off it. Has anyone else experienced this?

We've received a few reports on the AAV getting stuck on its path following the Team Lead, and we'll note this one as well. Can you verify that throwing a smoke directly at the AAV caused this?

That did in fact seem to be the cause. I think he bounce it off the ground once and then it hit the track and flipped it.

I also had it in some matches (248 Successful missions), that the AAV gets "stuck". Like in the 'Apartment Building' level (sniper level), many times when the AAV wants to turn left into the alley (trying to go to the main objective) , then it gets stuck, it seems like it gets stuck against some objects lying on the ground.

AAV stuck in "Jolan Public Park". Here you can see what I mean. AAV get stuck on the bump, the yellow white bump.

The AAV was not hit, black smoke is from the building behind.
