Enemy dialogues should be louder
There are many enemy combat dialogues that has been added to the game. Mostly insurgents are talking in the buildings, so you can barely hear them. I think that some dialogues, like shouting "God is great", "attack" or "run" should be louder. When they are moving through the streets, under blazing guns, they should communicate by shouting. Some echo should be added as well (for outside locations). It would additionally improve environmental atmosphere.

Re: Enemy dialogues should be louder
Overall, there should be a boost in ambience, like your footsteps are really low, you can't even hear the enemy footsteps sometimes, this could help us out allot when fighting close quarters, if they boost the sound effects of enemies walking around for example. This is a sandy surrounding and it can make allot of noise with sand crunching under boots. I also was doing some testing in the practice level, and there is no sound when you hit something, shoot a metal door or car, heard nothing.

Re: Enemy dialogues should be louder
Yeah, I'd love to have louder footsteps and louder marine voices. They're too soft, even when indoors. I would love to be able to hear an insurgent sneaking up on me, kinda like how we can use sound to determine enemy activity in Rainbow Six: Siege Year 0.
The Marines voices yelling things like bandaging, all clear, blue diamond, etc is also very soft. Even when indoors.
Hope the devs can look more into this and make a nice compromise between realism and gameplay QoL

I take it you know Escape From Tarkov, they really made it intensely immersive with footsteps from enemies in a room next door that can be clearly heard, you can hear every footsteps, leaves rustling in the wind. It really helps with the immersion!AmperCamper wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 1:28 pm This is great feedback for us. Thanks for the specifics, and I'll get these comments to the guys.

If you like immersive sound Hunt: Showdown is absolutely terrifying. I love how flocks of birds are a problem as they alert your position. To have this level of sound-awareness in this game would be brilliant. It's already solid and ambient, but I think folks are right about upping the ante.Necramonium wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 3:38 pm I take it you know Escape From Tarkov, they really made it intensely immersive with footsteps from enemies in a room next door that can be clearly heard, you can hear every footsteps, leaves rustling in the wind.
