Doing some research around Ready Or Not because it is launching and I found an interesting video on AI response time.

Now the important part of the video, for our purposes, is 5:44 to 12:44. The video maker talks about reaction time versus response time. The key point is that while human reaction time to visual stimuli is around 250 ms, response time varies greatly depending on the action. For a human player in an FPS seeing a target and shooting, it's about 500-600 ms. To make a challenging, yet fair, AI, this response time needs to be accounted for.
The SDIF AI has been accused of being "too fast". While I have not done research too determine if this is the case, I think it would be cool to have this info sent to the dev team so they can factor it into the AI model.
