Connection issue during game play / Lost Epic connection

I 'm getting the Epic connection lost quite a bit lately, at about 30 minute's into the game play. I've manually port forward everything and have updated the Epic game launcher. Nothing seems to be working on this issue. Can anyone help? Love the game, I just want to play it..

Welcome to the forums, and thanks for reporting this to us.

It's possible you're seeing poor connections to host, or the host is leaving lobbies (if you're getting into games). If not, we ask that you submit a ticket to Support with some additional information.

AC, Got a question for you. If the game does crash, typically a window opens that allows the player the option to send an error report to the devs. How useful is it to send it? Is it more useful to add additional info like "the game was launching" or "just running down the road"?

These crash reports are extremely useful for us. And, the more specific you can be about the crash, the better (game crashed at x or I was playing solo when I crashed, etc).
