Six Days in Fallujah

I expected the game, even though it's in EA, to have mods already. It's an UE game and those tend to be relatively moddable.
Why no Mods yet?
All complaints about weapons or character models, difficulty etc could be addressed through mods.

Could it be because it's always online?
Will this game be possible to play offline in the future?

Half of them could probably be done via mods, if they'd let us...

Game barely has been out for 7 days and already complaining about no mods? This game honestly doesnt need it, and seeing you cant host a modded server, it's useless.

I don't know bro. My m249 could use a sick tiger stripe paint job and I wouldn't mind a full auto infinite ammo M203 launcher.

Mods come in many different shapes and purposes.

Look at the mods for Ready or Not or Insurgency sandstorm - most of them are under the mentality of creating realistic scenarios, realistic weapons, attachments, enemy behavior etc.
I doubt 6DIF will have hentai nude mods or red weapon skins, but mods that change the UI, make the game harder or easier, tweak terrain randomization parameters, improve or modify environment or model textures, add new weapons, make the enemies look more or less modern, etc etc etc.

There is so much that could be done to make the game have much longer legs to stand and run on for many years. Yes, some mods will make the game NOT accurate to the events. So? Will it hurt the game in any shape or form?

On Nexus Mods, someone already created shaders pack. I guess that textures mods would be easy to be done. Not sure how that affects anti-cheat?

There is no anti-cheat.
This is not PvP, so "cheating" is not really an issue.

Thats just Reshade, that doesn't mess with the original files.
