Re: Community

Great to see you and thanks for checking in, Krid! Yes, the team's putting some serious work in before we break for the holiday. I'll be sure to pass along your comments! We'll be checking in again with the next SITREP before the holidays, but let me say thank you to everyone in our community for st...

Re: Is the project still going on

We certainly can understand the frustration. Six Days has not only been a massive undertaking for our smaller team, but it's also come with a unique set of challenges. It's very much a passion project for us, and we're taking all the steps necessary to get it right. If you'd like more context on why...

Re: Mod?

No need to apologize. Thanks for joining the forums and posting this! We have no plans for mod support, at least not initially. We've taken note of community feedback on this topic (alongside adversarial multiplayer), but we're very focused on our single-player narrative campaign and cooperative mul...

Re: Release date (December?)

It's been confirmed that the game is being delayed to sometime in 2023. They are a small team of around 50 developers and they are working very hard to get the full experience out and done right. The Procedural Architecture also contributes to this delay as it's very complex and they want to get th...

Re: Character dialogue.

Thanks for asking this, Blade. Our character dialogue is grounded in the stories that have been shared with us, and we’re exploring ways to have responses sound more natural compared to other games. The short answer here is yes, and the longer answer is we’re implementing this in creative ways.

Re: Molotov cocktails?

Sorry I missed this, and thanks for the reference!

We’re still discussing how to handle molotov cocktails, but I'll circle back as this gets more defined.

Re: Customization

There are no current plans for character customization, but we'll take a closer look once we have more of the gameplay elements in great shape. Curious to hear everyone's thoughts on this, too.

Re: Next SITREP?

We want to say thank you for being so patient with us as we hammer away at our next SITREP. Our small team of 50 people has been progressing at a steady pace, with lots of improvements to our AI systems. We plan to showcase more gameplay than our last entry, and we’re very interested in the communit...

Re: Will it be like....

Hey Slug, We draw influence from a variety of places, so it's difficult to say Six Days is exactly like one particular game. Keep in mind our core features also haven't been part of other shooters so far. The stories that have been shared with us are always front-and-center, though. And, we'll have ...

Re: Release date?

I just want to know how I can get involved with alpha testing and development. I don't have much coding experience but I'm willing to help test client-server issues. On the player-facing side, we'll be hosting a series of beta tests to ensure we squash bugs and incorporate feedback that's been shar...
