"More news is coming" (Rant)
But we've been told this every month since March. How about if we can't get news, we could get some new screenshots? Pics of updated assets? A post about how our feedback has been considered? Anything? I have a feeling we won't be hearing from you guys till October or November. I know that the commu...

Realistic Voice Acting/Death Sounds
Realistic voice acting would add a whole other level of immersion to this game. There needs to be authentic, "human" callouts and dialogue. Stuff that a scared/adrenaline filled 20 year old dude would say. Soldiers are not robots, they get scared. Voice cracks, coughing, and fumbled words ...

Re: Suggestions and thoughts.
I agree with everything in this post, especially your stuff about sound design. The supersonic cracks of incoming fire need to be loud and SCARY. Gunshots indoors should sound different than outdoors, with an emphasis on increased volume and loud reverb. Dust and smoke should fill rooms. There is no...

Re: Is the game still going ahead?
From what I can tell the developers and publisher have no intention to fold to the media. A beta has been confirmed but we do not know the timeframe. A Q4 2021 release is optimistic so I doubt we will get it soon.

Re: Make optics/sights realistic! (ACOGs, etc.)
One correction with the ACOG’s in the screenshot is we didn’t have the horizontal notches on the ones we had in 2004 those came in 2005. Marine Corps Force Recon had Aimpoint red dot reflex sights on their M4’s in 2002 so it’s highly likely they still used them in 2004. They did use a different mou...

I thought Marines used CCOs too but I guess that was just the Army.

Re: Make optics/sights realistic! (ACOGs, CCOs, etc.)
they are going to have acogs i believe but remember this game takes place in 2004 The CCO (Aimpoint M2) was adopted by the military in 2000. Idk if they were used Fallujah though. There are some images of Marines in Fallujah with MARS and C-MORE optics as well. Not that they were widespread, but th...

I guess CCOs were not used in Fallujah. My point still stands with ACOGs though, they gotta be realistic.

Basic Medical System Idea
Regarding the medical system- Some people are requesting an EFT type medical system or no medical system at all. I think a good middle-ground would be just having tourniquets, combat gauze, and a one-time revive system for medics. Tourniquets would be used to stop bleeding/health loss when shot in a...

Make optics/sights realistic! (ACOGs, MARS, etc.)
(If a developer actually reads this it will make my day) The developers should have hands on experience with optics (Trijicon RCO/ACOG) to make sure they are accurately represented. You might think that optics are an oddly specific thing to be making a post about, but think about it- 90% of the time...
