Yes, this is working as intended. The round isn't traveling far enough to properly arm, and so there won't be an explosion that close. It looks like you actually hit the railing.

Maybe it's me but when i hit SOUTHPAW to switch sticks (xbox) nothing happens, it's still the top lt is movement and bottom rt is camera. I need this the opposite. Anybody else having issues?
