Are you continuously crashing? Please send that crash report with as much information as you can.

Additionally, please open a ticket with Support if you haven't already.

Team Lead is assigned to the player with the most experience (if that's not you, that explains why it gets removed once you join a lobby). Are you finding that this player leaves the game afterwards?

For those that missed it, we're currently investigating this one and plan to have a hotfix today.
