This is a fair question, so thanks for asking.

XP is rewarded for mission completes, completing side objectives, and the time spent in each mission (more points are awarded for shorter times). Friendly fire can reduce your maximum XP payout, too.

Are the night missions mentioned in the roadmap brand new missions that take place at night or just the current missions taking place at night? These will be the latter, and we're distinguishing this "night mode" entirely from the brand new mission coming in Q4. Fallujah set at night will...
