Will it be possible to adjust the volume of the gun sounds, Amper? Having experienced hearing damage is kinda tiresome, a slider where separate gun sounds to other sfx would be similar to wearing Peltor Comtacs, where you can hear your surroundings but gun shots decibels are barely audible. I'd rather have fast but deadly firefights instead of long and easy ones, what's your take on this? Why does it have to be one or the other? ....kind of off topic from this thread but still on the subject of audio design, if you folks do include a "ringing ear" effect from flashbangs, explosions, etc., please offer an option to turn it off. Can't tell you how bothersome that is for those of us with tinnitus. For me it can cause...
