I did try using VPN on both client/host, changed it to various countries, still the same issue. Any ideas what could cause this/what should i check next?

Hey GROOT, i have a similar issue (viewtopic.php?p=5808#p5808). by "Country restrictions" you mean your EPIC account was from a banned country? Because you said you used vpn, so it should have fixed afaik
