Just bought this, AI with some kind of team leader command structure would be damn sweet, having a blast with Full Spectrum Warrior on Xbox, would be rad to have something like that ...

Just bought this on Steam, but can't seem to find players, I am in South Africa, so I'm far away (200ms+), does the game have some kind of ping cap in place?

I noticed there isn't an option for AI team mates either, so if you're this physically far out like me are you SOL?
