First of all, I love the update. Good job guys!!!

FUBAR mode is clearly action-oriented. It's awesome, but this mode create a unpleasant feeling of instant spawn around us . It frustrates and makes the game unfairly difficult.
I don't know how you handle spawn points, but maybe enemy reinforcements ...

That's a nice idea. As with some mods of Arma 3 where you can use the mouse wheel and the "lean right/left" button to choose how to throw the grenade.

@krzy : yes "momentary" pressure. I use this in softair. I looked at a lot of USMC equipment picture in Fallujah and I think some lights are equiped with switch plate on the barrel handle. We can see a wire connected to the back of some tactical lamps. I couldn't find anything about this on soldiers ...
