Re: 3rd Person and First person point of view
Amper, is there a plan to allow you to use "ctl" or have some sort of keybind that will allow players to look around without moving their body and their rifle? Ivee see this feature in different games and it definitely helps with the immersive features because in real life you need to kee...

Re: 3rd Person and First person point of view
Also like to say this topic is the perfect depiction of the term 'toxic gamer' the reason people like me who were actually there don't like talking to hardcore gamers is because topics like this give toxic gamers the ammunition to belittle me because I don't share a popular opinion when in actualit...

Re: 4th of July drop?
Hey Blade,
No plans to make any large drops, especially when the team's going to be taking the holiday off to spend with family and friends. That said, we are working towards the next SITREP. I'll keep you guys posted on when to expect this, but it's likely to be some time afterwards.

Re: Movement speed.
If I may add to this; I suggest a “jog” being the standard. And hear me out before I’m offed. Suggestions are always welcome, so thanks Trood for posting. Our default for movement is a "walk" because this is the default for how Marines normally move. The current plan is using Shift to run...

Re: vehicles
Can real players or just AI be escorted to a LAV? And what happens once an injured soldier gets to the LAV? Our current plan is that players can be escorted to LAVs, but we haven’t decided what comes next. We welcome feedback on this! Keep in mind that these sorts of features can change many times ...

Azariel! Great to see you kicking around again, and thanks for checking in. It's my job to advocate for you guys here on the forums, and I appreciate the kind words! But, it's also very important to advocate for our team, and I really want everyone to know how much is going into making SDIF happen. ...

Re: Official Discord Server
Discord is looped into our larger marketing plans and will take a front-seat once we start making noise. The link will absolutely be shared here (and pretty much everywhere) when we're up and running. Also, thanks for bumping us on this! It's one of our activations I'm most excited for, personally. ...

Re: Unreal Engine 5
Hey Guylee,
Welcome to the forums, and thanks for asking this. We're very excited about UE5, but switching at this stage (especially with how new the engine is) would set us back with delays. Perhaps in the future, but for now: we've integrated all the latest advances in UE4 into the game.

Re: Next SITREP
Can we expect some more video footage or gameplay for this one? Yes, but to set expectations: clips will be short and sweet (like the M16 reload animation video). But, we are taking steps to start including more. In a SITREP covering audio, we want sound to (mostly) speak for itself. We felt this w...
