To maybe add to this, being able to select your kit in the training level so you don't always have to be squad lead.

I don't know how much I would love voip giving away my position, but it would be amusing sneaking around whispering to maintain stealth.

It would not be amusing for then to have one of my squad mates dog bark giving us all away.

And maybe to add to this concept, I would like a history of my missions.

Maybe I am wrong but can't you just ignore the injury? You only check it if you actually get off your sights and get out of combat for a second.

I think any time you fight through your injury though its guarantied to bleed.
