Re: Encouraging for SDiF (ARMA Success on PS5)
Consoles could indeed be the future of gaming. At some point in the future, the need to generate mega-profits as well as milk the hell out of everyone's personal information may cause Microsoft to do something incredibly invasive with Windows. From what I hear, it's already started. I have friends ...

Choice of Re-Using, not Re-Building Map
One of the biggest potential improvements to the game, IMHO, would be to have the choice of simply playing the exact same map again if desired. So, instead of having this very long wait to have the map re-built, you can simply choose to replay the one you just died on.

Re: I hope game crashes is the priority
Wow, I feel for you man! I think I've had one crash since I started playing the game on the day it came out.

Gameplay absolutely shines
The video by OperatorDrewski that I link to below shows just how excellent this game can play. I'd say it shows some of the best shooter gameplay I've ever seen in a game. It's how things can go when you do things right - like deploying smoke before crossing open spaces. It's actually fun to watch ...

Elephant in the room...
I searched these forums before posting this. I apologize if this has already been posted but I can't believe it has not. The number 1 complaint I hear from gamers even more than the lack of kit customization is the fact that we have to watch the mission intro videos over and over and over...

Re: Latest patch deserved
I have to agree. When playing solo, I used to be able to reach the apartment about a third of the time. Now, I can't even get to a second cover position without getting sniped. Hopefully, there will be a difficulty setting in the future.

Re: Graphic settings questions
Yeah, it would be helpful if someone did a deep dive on the graphics options. Honestly, I have no clue what's going on with the fullscreen, windowed fullscreen and windowed options and the associated screen resolution. I simply leave it on windowed full screen and it works and I have no idea what ...

Re: Actions not available when ADS
I don't think I'll get much consensus on this but as I said, I've never encountered this in a game before. It feels more like an oversight than something that was put in the game to make it better.

Re: Essential movements and interactions with the environment to come?
"As for laying down that is just not something you would do in that environment." I have to agree with Evilgunz 100% there. If this were open fields with long engagement distances then sure, it would be needed.

Re: Adjustments to “over the sight” shooting
I like AmperCamper's reply on this stating that it was a bit of a balancing act. Personally, when I have the M16 with scope, I DO NOT want to be "forced" to use the scope at any range. This game is so lethal that many times, by the time I raise the scope, orient my view, and then find the enemy, I'm ...
