Ram 6800 (Usual setting for everything else.)

Filed.Teeth- trying to start from a fresh install of Win 11/Steam/SDIF. Failed to start 4 times, Steam console would disappear and reappear. Then got "our of video memory error a few times. Rebooted, did verify game files via Steam. When it did start, bombed to crash report at intro line, "certain man of a certain age."

Set RAM from 6800 to 4800.

Graphics- Auto detect sets Windowed fullscreen 1920x1080 , Vsync off, DLSS Performance, all else Ultra.

20 Minutes Wargames, Solo, Northern Train Station, Untimed, Skip Cinematic. All good.

Trying 3840x2160.

Crashed on Retry Mission Splash Screen "In two days... Lt. Ackerman" No crash report available.

Restarted game, set back to auto-detect.

Crashed on same Retry Mission splash screen. No crash report. Steam blanked out and came back as a fresh start.

Restarted computer.

Crashed on Retry Mission splash screen "I know we just lost someone we love..." Crash report submitted. Failed to restart on Send and Restart.

Crashed on Retry Mission splash screen with "Vin Diesel lookalike." Crash report submitted.

Send and Restart failed to transition from intro screens. Crash report submitted.

Crashed on Retry Mission splash screen. Crash report submitted.

Crashed on Return to Lobby. Crash report submitted.

Left Wargames at default settings, (to rule out NTS mission.)

One Jolan park, Retry mission ok, second Jolan Park crashed on splash screen after Retry Mission.

Restarted, set RAM back to 6800.

Several successful run-throughs, 35 minutes before crash at Retry Mission.

Enough research for now lol. Total time tonight 3hr 35min. Left Windows itself at 
3840x2160, next time will try 1920x1080 for both. (I do Kerbal in 2560x1440 and if I don't match, KSP will sometimes jump to the higher res.)
